Registration Form
Soccer Registration Begins July 18th
Soccer for children ages 6-14 - Cost is $40
Soccer Tots for children ages 4-5 - Cost is $20
Divisions are determined by child's age as of September 1, 2011.
Children who played last year must sign up by
Friday, August 19th to guarantee their spot on the same team.
All games are played on Saturdays at Bethel Community Field
at the south end of Prairie Street in Bethalto.
