    Character and Leadership Development
    - empowers youth to support and influence their Club and community, sustain meaningful relationships with others, develop a positive self-image, participate in the democratic process and respect their own and others’ cultural identities.
  • Education and Career Development - enables youth to become proficient in basic educational disciplines, apply learning to everyday situations and embrace technology to optimize employability.
  • Health and Life Skills - develops young people’s capacity to engage in positive behaviors that nurture their own well-being, set personal goals and develop the competencies to live successfully as self-sufficient adults.
  • The Arts - to develop creativity and an understanding and appreciation of the arts.
  • Sports, Fitness and Recreation - develops fitness, positive use of leisure time, skills for stress management, appreciation for the environment and social and interpersonal skills.

Current Programs:
Serving over 1600 youth, ages 6-18, from Bethalto and surrounding community’s.

  • Character & Leadership Development programs include:
    TEEN Supreme Keystone Club, Torch Club, Youth of the Year, Teen Council
  • Education & Career Development programs include:
    Power Hour, Computer Lab, Tutoring, The Ultimate Journey, Junior Staff Career Development, Career Exploration, Goals for Growth, Job Ready, Club Service
  • Health & Life Skills programs include: SMART Moves, SMART Girls, Kids in Control, Act SMART, Street SMART, Passport to Manhood, Cavity-Free Zone
  • The Art programs include: Art Club, Photography Class, Digital Arts
  • Sports, Fitness & Recreation programs include:
    Nike Swoosh Club, Nike Challenges, Fitness Authority, Baseball, Soccer, Basketball, Teen Night

Camp Cool, which includes elements of every core area, is offered during the summer months. Teen REACH, an Illinois Department of Human Services funded program, emphasizes education and mentoring, with staff providing case management services to selected youth.
